Pointe O Woods is a beautifully landscaped lush 40.93 acres of property located in northern Howell, west of Route 9. This community  is a desirable and well maintained complex with in-ground pool as well as tennis and basketball courts.  It resides in a quiet suburban neighborhood with no through roads and offers some of the best schools in Monmouth County, NJ.    

 

Entrance to the development is from Bergerville Road via two access roads, Pointe O'Woods Drive and Laurelwood Court. 

 

The entire townhome development consists of 209 units upon which there are three models: The Willow, The Birches and The Cedar.  The townhomes were built in 1988. 

 

The Pointe O Woods  Community also includes condos and single family detached homes. 

 

The townhouses do not have condo ownership, rather they are fee simple ownership. Simple Fee Ownership requires that the exterior maintenance (such as roof, siding, windows, gutters) of the townhouse buildings are the responsibility of the individual owners, not the association. Accordingly, the monthly HOA fees are less in a townhouse than in a condo unit.
