Pointe O' Woods Townhome Association is a fee simple community. Home owners are responsible for the maintenance of their home. This includes: power washing, cleaning gutters, painting and repairing trim, replacing rotted wood, and replacing windows and roofs. The curb appeal of the community is very important in maintaining real estate values.
Property Modifications
Please remember that if you do anything to the exterior of your home or want to have a shed installed (sheds must match the color of the unit), you must first complete and submit a property modification form in order to receive approval from the board BEFORE beginning any work. Please contact UBE with any questions about these procedures.

Home owners are responsible to paint the meter boxes attached to their units. The approved color is Grey Rust-Oleum.
Power Washing Patios and Homes
Home owners are responsible for power washing patios and homes.
Chimney Caps
It is the responsibility of each home owner to replace their chimney cap if it becomes rusted. The chimney cap must match the existing one.
Roof Shingles
Tamko makes the approved roof shingle for Pointe O'Woods Townhomes. It is a three-tab shingle and the color is Slate Stone Grey.
